September 2009The Cape Blanco Lighthouse is the oldest and is located on the westernmost point in Oregon. The 59 foot light sits on a 245 cliff jutting a mile and a half into the Pacific. The Light is in the Camp Blanco State Park just a few miles north of Port Orford, OR.
The light was commissioned in 1870.
