The North Head Lighthouse is located in Cape Disappointment State Park, WA. The Cape is located at the confluence of the Columbia River and the Pacific Ocean. 
The Lighthouse is just a short hike from the parking lot.
Alone the way, you get great views of Benson beach at the State Park. There is a great campground just off the beach.
One of the two buildings that housed the men of Coast Guard before the Light went automated.
