We spent the night in a community RV park in Langtry, TX.  Langtry was made famous by the notoriety of Judge Roy Bean, "The Law west of the Pecos".   The town now consists of a Post Office, the Museum,  a gift shop, a bar or two, some dilapidated buildings of the glory days, and a few residents.

One of the old buildings.

/\ This is the Torres home place.  The first permanent settlers of Langtry.

/\ Museum and entrance to the Judge Roy Beam's home.

/\ The Judge's Bar, named after a famous actress of the time "Jersey Lilly".   The Judge never
got to meet her.  She did visit the town a few months after the Judge died.

/\ Contrary to it's name, this is actually the home of Judge Roy Bean.
